Representatives from University of Campinas (Unicamp), the University of Chiba and the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) met at the School of Medical Sciences (SMS) on February 5th and 6th to present the results of the international collaboration project for the diagnosis of fungal diseases and resistance medicines used in Brazil and Japan. The annual meeting is part of the cooperation agreement signed in 2017 between the two universities and JICA, with an investment of R $ 5 million over five years to carry out research projects in infectology clinic.
